The room location was ideal, we had 101. Very close to the reception and pool as the pathways can be very steep in areas. If you are staying in a room further the staff will come and pick you up tho. The views from the restaurant and the sunset area were fantastic. Walking around the grounds the scenery was perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful. (We moved hotel to Phuket old town and I had left my passports in the reception safe, I phoned to arrange to return pick up and one of the girls from reception drove to my hotel after her work to drop them off to save me the trip!) hotel is very relaxing and is 10 mins to either Karon and Patong hotel runs free shuttle daily to the beaches. (Karon is much cleaner and nicer than patong) Restaurant food was good and Coco’s does good pizza and pasta! This hotel is isolated with no bars/nightlife around which we enjoyed. Tuk tuks are only 300 baht to patong or karon.Eleanor - Australia
Staff were friendly and professional, our room was very nice with a wonderful view. The view from the restaurant is excellent as it overlooks Karon Beach.
